Simren Jhuty is a registered psychologist and the Founder and Clinical Director of Stride Psychology in Calgary. Snanna Virk is a Certified Professional Coach, specializing in Mental Health. She is the Founder of Kids Lead- a program that focuses on helping youth develop emotional regulation and social skills. With a background in psychology, Snanna is trained in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and ADHD coaching. Snanna has worked in educational, private and non-profit settings, including CanLearn Society and Hull Services. She has facilitated several mental health workshops for the City of Calgary and Calgary Board of Education.

Tanvir Gill is a Registered Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists. Tanvir has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Counselling. She has experience working in school and community based settings providing supports to children, adolescents, adults and parents. Tanvir has been trained in providing counselling, consultation, and psychoeducational services to children, adolescents, adults and families struggling with ADHD, learning disabilities, and co-occuring psychological issues. She draws on a trauma-informed and neurodevelopmental framework into her understanding of the presenting concerns of the clients and families she works with.
