Simren Jhuty is a registered psychologist and the Founder and Clinical Director of Stride Psychology in Calgary. She is deeply committed to helping individuals break through mental barriers, negative thought patterns, and limiting beliefs that keep them feeling stuck. Through a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach, Simren guides her clients toward greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and authentic living.

 

Her work focuses on understanding the unconscious cycles and conditioning that influence emotions, behaviors, and decision-making. By helping clients uncover their true selves, she empowers them to live with greater ease, confidence, and alignment with their values. Whether addressing anxiety, self-doubt, relationship challenges, or personal growth, Simren provides a safe and supportive space for meaningful change.

 

In addition to counselling, Simren has extensive experience conducting psychological assessments for children, adolescents, and adults. She provides research-based recommendations tailored to each individual’s learning, development, and well-being. With a strong background in education and psychology, she also understands the challenges within the school system and supports families in navigating them effectively.
